Embark on an adventure through the American South with Timi’s Tours on our classic Don’t Mess With Texas trip! We begin by traveling to Oklahoma, where we enjoy a visit to the Pioneer Woman Mercantile! From here, we continue to Waco, where we’ll enjoy some time at Magnolia Market at the Silos, founded by Chip and Joanna Gaines of HGTV fame. Then it’s on to our Riverwalk accommodations in San Antonio! With four nights in this gorgeous city, you’ll have plenty of time to see what keeps us coming back again and again. Enjoy such experiences as a narrated river cruise on the Rio Grande, a wildlife tour at Y.O. Ranch to see exotic animals, a visit to Lyndon B. Johnson Ranch to see the birthplace of our 36th President, and a trip to Fredericksburg, with its unique German heritage.

 

 

Of course, no trip to Texas is complete without a visit to the Alamo. Our last day in San Antonio will be dedicated to discovering the site of the historic battle that inspired Texas’s push for independence. On the way home, we rest for one night in Texarkana, and then it’s on to Beale Street in Memphis, TN. Enjoy proximity to some of the city’s most fabulous entertainment options for one evening.
